What We Inspect

My inspections have been designed to assure you a thorough, easy to understand overview of the conditions of the home you are about to purchase. Buying a home is not something you do every day and I provide the information you need to make the best decision on the purchase of that home.

  • With over 25 years of professional home inspection experience, your inspector is highly qualified to accurately assess the condition of the home. ITA training 1992; ASHI Certified 1997
  • I email a detailed report to you usually the same day or the first thing the following morning.
  • I point out major and minor deficiencies to give you the complete picture on your new home's condition.
  • I identify major expenditures coming up so you can budget for these potential expenses.
  • I identify potential safety hazards present.
  • I can show you how various systems work.
  • I will review and explain the conditions found.
